Shipping & Returns

1. Return policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days from the day of purchase we will not be able to refund the product. Refunding will only take place if the item in question is in the same state as it was originally sold to the buyer. This meaning that new and sealed items must still be in the same, sealed condition unless sold otherwise.

Used items or collector's items which were not sealed in their original packaging are to be returned including all items provided within.

If the item returned has been damaged, opened or used incorrectly, we will be able to refund you only a part of the goods. This being only if the product to be refunded is eligible for resale or re-use for commercial purposes. The amount of returned funds will be determined on the state of the product by an administrator of the webshop and will be posted as a percentage of the originally purchased price. T

To complete your return, we require a copy of the invoice or a deliverynote handed out by Brick Hunters. If no such thing is provided, the return cannot take place.

Please do not send your purchase back to the official LEGO manufacturer, as they will not be able to help you further.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection of one of our administrators.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please do not forget to metion your refund 

2.1 Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet please verify your funds account again.Then contact your banking company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on the regional differences. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

2.3 Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

2.4 Exchange
We only refund items that are damaged. Proof must be provided of damaged goods upon receival. If you do not provide any proof we will not be able to refund your goods to you.

2.5 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

3. Shipping procedure

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Molenveldweg 32 A4, 2880 Bornem, Belgium.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning a product over €70 of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase an additional shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
